Wagner AirCoat nozzles ACF 3000 plus
AirCoat pre-atomizer nozzles ensure extra fine atomization even at low air inlet pressure. This is particularly important for waterborne coatings, but also for solvent-based paints. With pre-atomizer nozzles, it is possible to work with a smaller quantity of material and air, there is significantly less overspray and material consumption is reduced. Compared to the standard AirCoat nozzle, the material is pre-atomized before the tear-off edge of the nozzle. The result: a particularly homogeneous and soft spray jet.
