The dust protection floor liners are used on the floor of the plant areas and zones within a paint shop. Their use has proven itself in the entrance area of paint booths and in personnel airlock areas, especially in CO² cleaning booths. In grinding processes, they bind all dust that is deposited and ensure a clean environment.
A carry-over to other production areas is prevented. A simple roll up allows you to swap quickly and easily. Also an exchange of individual lanes, which are particularly stressed, increases the economic efficiency enormously.
Compared to conventional adhesive mats, the Floorliner has a significantly longer service life.
A roll of FAS dust protection floorliner has a width of 1.0m x 50m. The service life is approx. 4-6 weeks depending on the place of use and the load.
