Particularly in the area of high-gloss lacquering, lacquer material filtering before painting is recommended and ideally should be done in three steps. First, the coarse filtration during pre-dilution and filling in the ring line stations. In this step, the paint material is pre-filtered by means of our screen gauze, which can be ordered almost stepless during transfer. Our screen gauze can be obtained from the roll as a piece of stock or, if desired, can be convected to a specific size. The filtering is ideally done with a suitable container attachment, which can be supplied by FAS. This turns the filtering process into a light, safe process. The sieve gauze are technically pure and resistant, with different mesh sizes, offered as a disposable screen. All screen gauzes are available for solvent based coatings, UV coatings, as well as water based paints and metallics.
