Our custom-made axis protective covers are used in the area of painting technology to protect the last moving axis of the robot or in the area of surface splashes.
The aim is to protect against overspray and residues that occur in this area during coating.
Basically, the robot should be protected in order to extend its service life and to prevent time-consuming cleaning.
We also offer other systems in different forms for this purpose.
The sleeve covers are also used in manual hand painting to protect the painter's arms when holding objects to be painted.
This also increases the service life of a painting suit underneath.
This product has multiple uses and can be used whenever surfaces need to be protected from overspray or other sticky liquids.
The ends are elasticated and thus seal sufficiently well.
The surface is designed in such a way that coating materials adhere firmly for as long as possible without releasing particles.
Time-consuming cleaning of the surfaces is thus avoided and damage caused by penetrating paint material is prevented.
