Inlets are inserted into a paint bucket in order to reduce the consumption and of new paint buckets in the material supply.
This eliminates the need to clean containers for reuse.
You save on dilution, cleaning effort and you get a safe handling of the coating without the risk of carry-over from containers.
Inlets are mainly used by UV-processing customers to avoid to avoid possible reactions between the inner coating or the bare metal metal wall of the container.
However, thanks to the high resistance of the inlets, their use is a
cost-effective alternative for solvent-based coatings, UV coatings, as well as water-based coatings and metallics.
