Since the introduction of the Binks AA4400A automatic spray gun with the quick-change adapter in 2004, this type has become increasingly popular
• Part of the new AG360 spray gun family for integrating design innovations and improvements since 2004
• Can be used with solvent and water-based paints
• Improved spray gun design including quick-change adapter for changing guns in seconds
• The spray head can be easily removed from the adapter without affecting the positioning for maintenance and / or cleaning outside the paint shop
• Air cap AA10 HVLP paired with the proven and tested material nozzles of the series 114 for air-assisted airless atomization
• Exchange in <30 s after switching off the air and material supply
• Optional material circulation through the adapter

What is QuickClean?
• QuickClean is our proprietary term for a patented, modified aluminum anodizing process that was developed in the United States.
• It has been successfully used at DeVilbiss Tekna hand spray guns that have been sold in the United States since 2010.
• In the process, a hard anodized layer is impregnated with PTFE in order to achieve a coating with better properties than the normal hard anodized coatings.
• Higher wear and abrasion resistance
• Cleanability: Significantly reduces contamination and simplifies cleaning
• Excellent corrosion resistance - water-based and acidic coatings
• Increased degree of hardness: spray gun body with longer service life
